AMSA is equipped with the most modern design and processing software so as with up-to-date three-dimensional CAD workstations, in order to transform the idea into a finished product. The toolshop is directly connected with the Design Department and thanks to CAD-CAM workstation, which are linked with the machine tools, it is possible to realize high performance moulds automatically.

Besides, in our laboratories, we are also equipped with the following machines:

• a fully motorized three dimensional "DEA" measuring device to obtain capability estimates and for initial testing;
  
• "NIKOM" profile projectors;
  
• hardness measuring devices SHORE A to define the strength of finished products, and equipment to measure the elasticity of polyurethane products;
  
• spectrophotometers "MINOLTA" for colour measurement;
  
• gloss meters "NOSELAB" for brightness measurement;
  
• a micrometer "BORLETTI" for precision measurement.
